Hott Synopsis

Youth. Vitality. Innocence.

BNAmazonGRCBD – Author

The only things that Eve’s victims seem to have in common. Well, that, and their murderer.

In her race to find out who is murdering these people who have just barely started in their adulthood Eve knows very little except that the last to see them alive was the camera the murderer uses to photograph them postmortem.

Oddly enough, when Eve decides that she finally needs help, the one person who she actually thought would live up to their promise to always be there disappears.

Hott Review

This was a good book but on the whole the murder really took second place to Roarke in this installment. At first I thought it was just me but even at the end I realized that this wasn’t a typical bone-chilling fear In Death novel. It was more of a ‘let’s make Roarke a little more human’ novel. Which, all things considered, I really enjoyed but it did kind of miss the spirit of the book.

However, there is quite a lot in this book that carries through into the remainder of the series and, though you can get by without reading it, I’d suggest you take the time and get to know the characters a bit more intimately.
