I don’t know if you know this, but I’m very health conscious… except when I’m not. I’m careful about what I eat – especially preservatives – and can tell almost immediately if I’ve eaten something I shouldn’t have. Food gives me migraines, depression, aches, fatigue, and a host of other things that most people never attribute to what they’re consuming.
So, when I started to not feel well and several trips to doctors and specialists didn’t help I was desperate. I found the name of a new doctor who prescribed health foods and vitamins and started praying. After talking for about an hour she gave me a few suggestions and handed me Apple Cider Vinegar: Miracle Health System. I laughed and said sure I’d try anything…
As a book, Apple Cider Vinegar: Miracle Health System is lacking 😉 As a reference guide though, it’s awesome!! I love how there is an overview at the beginning but then the rest of the book is broken up into areas that Apple Cider Vinegar can help with. Then there’s an area for recipes and another for exercises. I grabbed the eBook so I was excited to see the linking was done and I could easily flip to what I wanted.
As far as content… honestly, I’m not sure yet. I can tell you that after reading this book and reviewing the plethora of articles backing up their findings I have purchased some of their apple cider vinegar hoping that it is the missing link in my miracle health system. I do know that what I read in their book – that most of the issues I’m having are because of my lack of potassium – are supported by not only my finding but also by notes I’d made for the last several years in my health file (one even suggesting I add apple cider vinegar to my diet). So, for me, I have no doubt that I’m finding my much needed answers in the Bragg’s Apple Cider Vinegar: Miracle Health System.
