Elizabeth Marshall has spent years pretending to be something she wasn’t. Years cowering from an abusive husband until the straw came that helped her find her backbone – end ended with Elizabeth as a widow.

Now, someone is after her. Is it her devastated in-laws that never thought she was good enough for her precious son? Is it one of his colleagues who still mourn the loss of a prominent attorney? Is it the ex-wife of her new boss and neighbor who seems to think something more is going on?

Will they find her tormentor before Elizabeth becomes a casualty?
