Hott Synopsis:

New town. New business. New patient.

Faith Clancy is excited to begin her new life in Santa Fe. Her psychiatric office may be new but she already has her first patient and high hopes. Until her patient confesses to a murder Faith is positive he didn’t commit. She turns him in as she’s ethically required to do but, as it’s not sitting well with her, Faith decides to investigate for herself — and ends up the focus of a maniacal killer.

Hott Review:

This was a great suspense! I don’t like gory thrillers that are non-realistic and tragic – this was none of that. Confession is an edge of your seat suspense that you don’t WANT to put down! The romance is just icing on a cake!
