Hott Synopsis:
David tried to give up on basketball, he really did, but it called to him. So again he’s on the court pretending he’s something and wishing he was a part of the team. But this time others show up. Others who should have made the team. Others who love the game like David does.
If only they could make their own team…
Hott Review:
I LOVED this book! It was terrific. It was written so that middle-graders will love it – as well as their moms 😉 – and want to read the entire series. It’s not just about basketball. It’s about believing in yourself. It’s about real friends. It’s about teamwork. It’s about growing up.
I can’t wait to read more in this series!!
