Bestselling author and teen favorite Melody Carlson starts off her newest series with a good dose of fun, tackling two topics teen girls love to read about–friends and boys.
I really thought I’d devour this book but it was a hard read for me. Don’t get me wrong, it was a great book, it just wasn’t for me.
Being a mom of teenage boys it really irked me that these girls set out to corrupt them by trying to capture their attention. However, this is a book I’ll absolutely give my daughter when I believe it’s applicable & it’s a book I’d suggest reading and then sharing with your girls – and boys – there is so much “real life” captured in these pages it’s perfect for all of us!
