Right up there with the “Get Rich Quick” schemes are the “Lose Weight” schemes. We’ve all tried so many of them that it’s time to stop!

Start here – Eat healthy!

The Alkaline Diet can help you change your thought patterns about food and not only lose weight but gain a healthy lifestyle!

Hott Review:

In my search for resources and ideas to further implement the change in eating habits my doctor outlined for me I came across “How to Lose Massive Weight with the Alkaline Diet” and thought I’d give it a try. Not because I’m trying to lose massive weight but because I know my body tends to be too acidic.
I really enjoyed this book. It’s written in a very easy to read format so that you feel comfortable instead of watching the medical terms fly over your head!
While I love the book, and do follow many of the ideas included, this diet isn’t exactly right for me because it’s not quite what my doctor outlined for me.
