Hott Synopsis

Every day since Seth received the letter from the woman claiming to be his wife he’s been riding to meet the stage. It’s not that he doesn’t believe her, exactly, it’s just that he doesn’t remember.

But when the woman single-handedly saves the lives of those on an incoming stage turns Seth’s head, he knows this must be her. He hasn’t looked twice at a girl, well, ever. Plus there’s the child with his wild blue eyes.

Callie can’t believe that Seth has the audacity to still be alive! That man! She should have known better to marry a man with crazy in his eyes. Well, they may be married but he’s going to have to earn her trust before she allows him back in her life.

What I liked: As always, when I pick up a Mary Connealy book, I devoured it. It was exciting, funny, and intriguing. I really liked Callie — but I’ve yet to meet a heroine I didn’t like in a Connealy book ;).
What I didn’t like: If you’ve not read the previous books in the series, I think it may be a bit confusing as people pop up without explanation but if you can just go with it then everything makes sense. The only other that bothered me was how everyone kept calling Seth crazy, I know it wasn’t meant in a nasty way but I hurt for him.

I love to read! But I don't always think the synopsis on the backs of books do them justice. I do, however, believe all books should come with an intended rating - or at least a steam FYI. So, I'm taking upon myself to educate all -- christian & secular readers, alike -- on the books behind the synopsis and the possible things you may not want your YA reader to see. Enjoy!

OOOHHH you know – I have never read any of hers either! I have wanted to. Everytime I see one of her books I say -“Oh yeah!” – one of these days.
