Summer Set in Motion

amazon barnes & noble Goodreads

Science camp is all about learning the laws of motion but someone wants to put the brakes on Camp Eureka for good. Can 9-year-old science whiz Halley Harper find the culprit by using her knack of turning ordinary into the extraordinary? Will she find out who is sabotaging the experiments before anyone else gets hurt and camp closes forever?

This is an amazing book for a curious kid scientist. The Halley Harper series is full of action, adventure, and DIY science experiments for the reader to try themselves!

Hott Review:

I absolutely loved this book!

Halley Harper; Science Girl Extraordinaire: Summer Set in Motion is a terrific book. I loved the story, the characters, the vocabulary, and the setting. The plot is adorable. I really like Halley and her friends, they’re so normal. Tracy Borgmeyer has added plenty of science vocab and explanations to make any enjoy the book and science. And science camp is perfect – what better place to learn and make a mess?

Plus… there’s a mystery! 😉

It is so sad to know that girls are still thought odd when they like things like science. I was pleasantly surprised at how it was handled.
