One little night star,

Twinkling in deep blue.

I run inside to take my bath,

Then there are…

Ten Little Night Stars is a sweet bedtime counting book perfect for the youngest readers. One by one the stars come out in the night sky as cute and cuddly animals go through their bedtime routines. This board book will encourage children to turn the page with interactive and engaging rhyme, and will take them through bath time, story time, and sleep. Written by Deb Gruelle, great-great-grand-niece of Johnny Gruelle, the creator of Raggedy Ann and Andy, Ten Little Night Stars is the perfect bedtime story for parents and children alike.

Hott Review:

First, let me say, I think my favorite part of Ten Little Night Stars is the cover. This hard-cover board book seems to glow as we see the adorable elephants peacefully watching the sky. It’s so sweet and relaxing!

Learning to count with this sweet bedtime story will definitely give your child restful dreams. (If they don’t drag you outside to watch the stars come out!!) The nighttime routine reminders pulled together with the verse will be helpful to remind children of what needs to be done before hopping into bed. It’s a great way to combine two different aspects of learning.

The images in Ten Little Night Stars are a perfect match for the verse. Pulled together it’s definitely a book I’ll buying to gift!

I could not wait to share this with the youngsters in my family! And, as expected, they wanted to read it again and again!
