    Hott Review:

    I’m always on the lookout for dairy free smoothie recipes and I’ve especially been looking for good recipes that use coconut milk. Ms. Frost has some great ideas and recipes for everyone.
    You’re So Smoothie: 40 Dairy Free Smoothies for People with a Sensitive Stomach is the perfect book for someone who’s just getting started. There are many varieties of recipe ingredients along with the
    pros and cons of each.
    I loved most how all of these recipes have real ingredients – stuff you can find in a store. Plus she shaed some links for harder to find items.
