When He Was Wicked

amazon barnes & noble Goodreads
Michael Stirling has been considered one of London’s most notorious rake’s since he arrived and he does much to keep that reputation in tact – especially since he’s been lusting after his cousin’s wife. His cousin, the one whom he loves more than an brother. Nothing could be more wicked than that. Nothing more dishonorable. Not that Michael would ever act on his feelings of course – or let anyone know.

Francesca Bridgerton loves Michael almost as much as she loves her husband, Michael’s cousin. What an amazing man to be second in line for the title and always lovingly put his younger cousin above himself. Francesca loves both men tremendously. Until her world comes crashing down.

Left widowed and alone Francesca decides she needs a husband and a child to right her world once again. Only the feelings she’s having towards Michael won’t ever work… they’re just fleeting, right?

Hott Review:

Wittiness at its best! I laughed my way through When He Was Wicked. The way Francesca and Micheal talk and think is sarcasm at its finest.
When He Was Wicked is an absolute favourite book. It’s laugh out loud funny, it’ll have tears running down your cheeks, and it’ll have you wishing for a friendship like theirs.

The Second Epilogue is just a letter that rounds out When He Was Wicked without giving away anything from future or previous novels.

Author Bio:

Julia Quinn#1 New York Times bestselling author Julia Quinn loves to dispel the myth that smart women don’t read (or write) romance, and in 2001 she did so in grand style, competing on the game show The Weakest Link and walking away with the $79,000 jackpot. She displayed a decided lack of knowledge about baseball, country music, and plush toys, but she is proud to say that she aced all things British and literary, answered all of her history and geography questions correctly, and knew that there was a Da Vinci long before there was a code.

In 2010, Ms Quinn won her third RITA Award in four years and was the thirteenth author to be inducted into the Romance Writers of America Hall of Fame. Her books have been translated into twenty-eight languages, and she has been profiled in USA Today and TIME Magazine. Her twenty-third novel, The Sum of All Kisses, was released in late 2013.
