First, Jill Cleary appears and threatens to shoot him – until she realizes he’s there to help – then he and Jill get themselves caught in the middle of a war that makes the Hatfield’s & McCoy’s look like child’s play.
The only thing Sawyer and Jill can do is to have each other’s backs, especially when they wind up running not only the ranch but also the general store and the bar!
Hott Review:
“The Trouble with Texas Cowboys” was loads of fun!
What I liked: I really enjoyed not only the relationship between Jill and Sawyer but also the feud. It was so much fun. Plus, of course, I adored the matchmakers!
What I didn’t like: This book was steamy from the start. Though the actual intimacies were downplayed, their thoughts made me blush! The relationship was also a bit quick for my tastes.
