With money and business connections, but without impeccable bloodlines, Colin McCrae is invited everywhere but accepted nowhere. When he first encounters the fashionable Lady Georgina, he’s irritated by his attraction to a woman who concerns herself only with status and appearance.
What Colin doesn’t know is that Georgina’s desperate social aspirations are driven by the shameful secret she harbors. Association with Colin McCrae is not part of Georgina’s plan, but as their paths continue to cross, they both must decide if the realization of their dreams is worth the sacrifices they must make.

Hott Review:
An Elegant Façade is very different from most books I read. It’s very mellow, and very “women’s fiction”. It’s less about the romance of the situation and more about Georgina growing as a person, accepting herself, and accepting Christ.
What I liked: I really enjoyed Georgina. While she seems self-centered and impossibly rude to the others we get to see her heart and have trouble understanding why even her siblings can’t see how amazing she is. Grab An Elegant Façade and you’ll be rooting for Georgina in no time! (Especially if you’d met her in the previous book!)
What I didn’t like: It’s slow… It’s funny. I’d skipped the previous books in the series because the covers seemed boring and bland. An Elegant Façade begins the way I’d expected the others to, but has so much depth that I’ll be reading the previous books & looking for the next!
