If you are anything like me you’ve got a HUGE to-be-read pile, list, queue and still every week visit everyone looking for the book that’s going to capture your imagination and take you on that journey that you’ve only been dreaming of.

I’m finally getting back in the swing of things after a quite disastrous spring and I was so thrilled that we finally managed to pay off all of the medical bills we incurred last year. Last Friday was wonderful… until I left my office.

I walked out the door and my Durango, the one I’ve loved for years and refused to get rid of until it died, died. Yup. Oh, it still runs but there’s a terrible thumping noise from the engine that the mechanic says is only repairable by completely tearing down the engine. Plus, because it’s quite old, even if I did fix it the darling SUV is still probably going to start needing more frequent repairs… more than the annual battery and power steering pump I already replace.

So, I have been shopping for a new car. It’s not going well. I either don’t like them or don’t think the vehicle is worth the payment. Plus, I can’t seem to find anything that’s comfortable.

So….

Do you have any car suggestions? I love my V-8, 7-passenger, SUV with heated seats and loads of cubbies. What do you drive?
