Hott Synopsis
mother had really taken it’s toll on Claire. No she didn’t mind the lost time she loved that she was able to devote everything she had as the cancer slowly took her mother. She didn’t regret the money, sure she would have loved to go to college but her mother was more than worth missing that. She’s just lost her family.
Okay, honestly, Claire still has her sister, Haley. Her older sister who eloped with an alcoholic right after chemo started. So, Claire moved in with her Haley hoping to find what was missing but after a year it’s just not working. Claire is still drifting. She’s not committing. She’s not focusing. She’s just floundering. And she can’t get that stupid letter out of her head.
Why does it mean so much? It’s just a love letter from a high school boyfriend. Why can’t Claire get it out of her head? Maybe, just maybe, if she finds the writer, she’ll be able to just move on and find some friends or go out on a date like Haley suggests. Maybe…
Hott Review
From page one I really got into this book, but then about three quarters of the way through I just was reading. It wasn’t fun and thrilling any longer. At the beginning, there was a lot of adventure and finding yourself but as I started to go through I knew what was going on and was getting frustrated that the characters didn’t know.
It was a great read – but I probably won’t do it again.
** I chose this book thanks to a review by Julie from Reading Without Restraint. Julie gave it a three cup rating and I really should have paid more attention to ‘if you can get past the cheesy parts…’ DUH! **
This was a freebie way back on April 14th at BN.com. Thanks to Books on the Knob for letting me know!

** Many of the books I review are Advance Review Copies. These books are loaned to me for my review. I am in no way compensated for my time nor am I asked to give anything but my honest review.
I started it and liked it but then like you – suddenly got annoyed with people. Great honest review.
Yeah….I thought I was gonna have to drink some wine while reading this book–to along with the cheesiness!
