On the verge of losing The Seahorse Legacy, Cazien de Pollis finally yielded to the First and married Erielle. He has chosen to love her and to honor his vows as a husband. Hott Review:
What I liked: Only while reading a Serena Chase novel can I laugh hysterically while having tears streaming down my face.
It felt like every word of this book was chosen to speak to my heart. There are so many phrases to keep in your heart found in The Sunken Realm. Not only phrases to remind us of The ONE, but also reminders about who we are and how to be a spouse. Without lecturing, The Sunken Realm gives a clear picture of how to achieve a God-honoring marriage and life.
PLUS, The Sunken Realm is an amazing book that I could read over and over! I’m not into fantasy & don’t enjoy pirate books – but a book written by Serena Chase pulls me in every time!
What I didn’t like: Honestly? I’m so sad we’ll not be visiting with these characters again… yet, I’m excited to see what Serena has up her sleeve for the future.
So, the whole time I followed Ereille, the same thing kept running through my head. Big Daddy Weave’s song Redeemed. It’s such an honest portrayal of our fight with ourselves against and for a relationship with our Father. We have so much.. we just have to accept the gift.
