Review of Dottie and Weasel: Lemonade Fiasco

by | Nov 21, 2012 | 2012, Ages 4-8, ARC, B, eBook, Nada

Hott Synopsis

Dottie and Weasel are naughty little puppies! They’re always getting into mischief!
Especially, when a certain Felix the cat decides to stop by for a visit.
See what happens when Felix’s tormenting and Dottie’s temper create a ‘Lemonade Fiasco’.

Hott Review

This was a cute chapter book for beginning and reluctant readers.
What I liked: I really enjoyed the quick chapters and simple lesson.
What I didn’t like: It was really quite sweet but I really didn’t like Dottie’s attitude. I know, it seems silly, but she’s a very naughty puppy!

I love to read! But I don't always think the synopsis on the backs of books do them justice. I do, however, believe all books should come with an intended rating - or at least a steam FYI. So, I'm taking upon myself to educate all -- christian & secular readers, alike -- on the books behind the synopsis and the possible things you may not want your YA reader to see. Enjoy!
