Ester St. Clair returns to

Episode 1Author

her junior year no better off than she was when she left. She’s still hearing voices. Time is still at hear command. She’s still being mercifully teased by her classmates.

Yet, the more they tease the more she realizes that not only is something going on but they know something about it. Maybe, Esther’s not as crazy as she thinks… or maybe she is.

My Thoughts

This review is a bit different because it’s for what I’d call a story blog. Each post on the blog is an episode of the story. It’s really a lot of fun to go through them and to wait a bit before going to the next installment.

I know that not everyone enjoys them but my favorite part is the quotations that preface each episode. They’re thought provoking and help young readers learn that there is a reason they’re called quotations.

I can’t wait to see what happens next month…

** Many of the books I review are Advance Review Copies. These books are loaned to me for my review. I am in no way compensated for my time nor am I asked to give anything but my honest review.

I love to read! But I don't always think the synopsis on the backs of books do them justice. I do, however, believe all books should come with an intended rating - or at least a steam FYI. So, I'm taking upon myself to educate all -- christian & secular readers, alike -- on the books behind the synopsis and the possible things you may not want your YA reader to see. Enjoy!

Interesting. I'm not sure I know what this is. I need to look it up 🙂

I'm having trouble waiting for the next episode. The once a month thing is difficult for me.

It is difficult, but the nice thing about it is that there's a mailing list you can sign up for and the moment the next episode is available, Bam, right there in your inbox! 😀
