Is it possible to forgive your husband for leaving? Does Lavina really have a choice?

Naaman left her a year ago, just after their youngest moved away and the “empty-nester’ years began for Lavina in a way that she had never expected. Yet, here he is walking back through the door and expecting everything to start over.

The faith demanded that Lavina forgive Naaman and allow him to return, but can she ever trust him again?

My Thoughts

This book made me so angry! After all those kids and 30 years of marriage he just up and walks out saying he’s going to visit relatives? I think not!

Anyway, it was a good story and I ended up liking him in the end – though I still thought they were too easy on him.

Steam: YA -A bit steamy for Amish novels…
