Hott Synopsis

When two of the world’s greatest scientists are your parents it can mean only one thing: your life is bound to be a bit odd. Of course, for Fisher it also means that he’s frequently chased though the halls by bullies and that his best friend is a flying pig.

When one afternoon he is tried beyond all that is expected of a pre-teen Fisher decides to fix his life. He will break into his parents’ lab and clone himself and send the clone to school. Nobody will ever know…. Except things just don’t go exactly as planned.

Hott Review

This is a terrific book for middle-graders, especially the boys. While it wasn’t something I’d ever read again, it’s something that speaks to each middle grader. The feelings of inadequacy, the bullies, the cliques, the evil scientist trying to steal your parents inventions – well, I didn’t say we can’t dream!
