Keeping both his photography business and her second hand toy store open is starting to wear on him though. Dan needs help getting over her death, as well.
Bev Winters Lost her husband at Pearl Harbor and has just managed to keep she and their daughter afloat. Things just keep getting harder though. She’s just lost her job to a returning soldier and her landlord is raising her rent. Bev trusts the Lord to provide, though, and she’s patiently waiting.
Maybe she’ll find the help she needs in the want ads.
Hott Review
Another terrific story! This was a very sweet romance that reminded me of a cross between a Grace Livingston Hill novel and Miracle on 34th street.
