Hott Review

Yes, I know — utterly atrocious!! 🙂
What I liked: I adore reading Julia Dweck’s books to the children! She has a wonderful knack for writing her verse in a fun rhythmic way that I find myself wanting to start over as much as the kids want me to when we’ve reached the end.
What I didn’t like: The two year old didn’t get into it but the rest, clear up to nine, did.

I love to read! But I don't always think the synopsis on the backs of books do them justice. I do, however, believe all books should come with an intended rating - or at least a steam FYI. So, I'm taking upon myself to educate all -- christian & secular readers, alike -- on the books behind the synopsis and the possible things you may not want your YA reader to see. Enjoy!

I love Julia’s books. The rhyme is wonderful and catchy and the illustrations are always great. I haven’t read this one yet, but plan to soon. Thanks for the review.
