Tooth Fairy

The tooth fairy makes frequent trips to our house and I’m thinking it’s about time she stopped…

As I was tucking CJ into bed the other night he said, ‘Mom, I lost a tooth, it’s under the pillow.
I responded, ‘Sorry, hon, she’s off on Sunday nights.’
Both boys chimed in on the ‘aww, mom.’
but as I was closing the door I heard CJ tell Bug, ‘Either she’s broke or just too tired to wait until we fall asleep.’
Hmmmm. What do you think? Should the fairy toss in the towel – or just get more creative?

I love to read! But I don't always think the synopsis on the backs of books do them justice. I do, however, believe all books should come with an intended rating - or at least a steam FYI. So, I'm taking upon myself to educate all -- christian & secular readers, alike -- on the books behind the synopsis and the possible things you may not want your YA reader to see. Enjoy!

Awwwww..how cute is that. I remember those days and wish I could go back. Someone once said to me years ago, and when I think back, he was right.
Life goes by as fast as the snap of our fingers. My "boys" (shhh they hate when I say that because they are now men) are 26 and 24. Enjoy those moments and my thoughts are: have the tooth fairy continue to visit.

Ugh! As much as I love to watch them grow – I hate know they're that much closer to being grown-ups. CJ's 12 now and closer – he reminds me daily – to being an adult than a child….
    They're so much fun!

I'd encourage the tooth fairy to keep coming. Definitely. 😀

Gosh! Well, she's visited again this week – I'm starting to wonder if he'll have any teeth left.
